We strongly believe that onAir should be a safe space for individuals, groups and their ideas. As such, purposefully insulting and hostile language or personal threats are not welcome here. If you directly or indirectly threaten the physical or mental well being of a member of this community, or an individual or group, you may be removed immediately. If a credible threat is made against an individual or group, not only may it be removed but it is likely that it will be reported to law enforcement agencies and we will cooperate with them to any extent requested.
Personally identifiable information should never be posted to the HuffPost comments section for the privacy and protection of all community members. This includes, but is not limited to, full names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. Any comments that contain this information may be deleted.
If a user has repeatedly posted comments that have violated our rules, their comments may be blocked from appearing on the site. This would include inappropriate comments that contain insults, attacks, abuse towards other users or groups; or users who have engaged in trolling or hijacking the comment threads. If an onAir member continues to behave this way after two warnings, their membership will be cancelled.
Curation Guidelines
Evolution of rules: Our Curation Guidelines will undergo an annual review to ensure that they match the evolving nature of political discussion. All users will be fully notified of changes to the platform’s guidelines. Ad hoc reviews of rules and guidelines will also occur if needed, and onAir Networks reserves the right to make case-by-case decisions if content does not fit cleanly into a category but nonetheless runs counter to our general principles. - Research-driven content: Our choice and priorities of content will be formed by research on current topics, interviews and polling on information relevant to our target audience, and internal discussion.
- Full citation and credit: All included information will include source information and hyperlinks.
